
Gail L. Krok was born on January 5, 1938, in Chicago, IL to Leroy and Rhoda (nee Klemme) Jensen. She passed away on December 23, 2023, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights Il.
Gail lived a beautiful life and mostly in Kenosha, WI and for the past 15 years as a resident of Arlington Heights, IL. She worked in the restaurant business with her husband for years at the well-known restaurant, Krok’s Restaurant in Kenosha.
After retiring she became actively involved in the Kenosha Arts community and thoroughly enjoyed jewelry making, along with metal and glass sculpturing. She loved exhibiting her works at various art shows. Gail loved to cook! She had the knack to turn anything into something. Her homemade soups were some of the best! Gail enjoyed spending time outdoors and often traveled to her favorite Wisconsin places: Lake Geneva and Door County.
Gail is survived by her life partner, Carl Bade; her daughters: Laura, Nancy and Tracy; her grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Howard F. Krok; her son, Richard Goodare, her parents and her stepmother, Caroline Jensen.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
