Ruthann Forgianni (Frye) - Class Of 1963

RuthAnn J. Frye, 68, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at United Hospital System-St. Catherine’s Campus.  Born on December 15, 1944, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Julia (Ruffalo) Forgianni.  On December 26, 1986, in Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Frank Frye.

RuthAnn began her career at the original St. Catherine’s Hospital, where she was employed in the billing department and later went on to work for AMC/Chrysler in the 1980s for 10 years. She was also employed with the Girl Scouts, Bear Realty and Remax Elite.

RuthAnn was a member of the Southshore Realtors Association formerly Kenosha Realtors Association, she also served as the chairperson on the Nominating Committee for several years as well as the Professional Standards Committee. She was on the Honor Society for seven years and received her SRES designation through the National Association of Realtors. RuthAnn enjoyed traveling with friends and looked forward to casino trips. She also enjoyed shopping and was an avid Green Bay Packers Fan.

RuthAnn will be deeply missed by her husband, Frank; her son, Mark (fiancée, Tracy Blauser) of Kenosha; two step-children, Billy (Miran) Frye of Texas and Brenda (Eron) Carver of Georgia; three grandchildren, Saraya Kohloff, Tori and C.J. Blauser; 11 step-grandchildren, Christian, Michael, Timothy and Marrisa Frye, Jessica Alexandra, Hannah, Jacob, Noah, Jayden and Gabrielle Carver; several other extended family members, relatives and close friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Gerber; a step-son, Johnny Frye; two brothers, Albert and Richard Forgianni and a sister, Mary Pisciotti.

A memorial service celebrating the life of RuthAnn Frye was held on Friday, March 15, 2013.  Interment at a later date was private.
