Jim Scheer served for three years in Army Air Corps during World War II.  His working life was spent as a Hollywood reporter, as well as an author of 22 books.  When asked about living to the age of 100, Jim said, "It's all about having a burning desire, a passionate interest -- always something to look forward to."
