Constance "Connie" McCurdy, 83, of Kenosha, passed away on May 8, 2024, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

Connie was born on November 21, 1940, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Henry and Lucille (Hermann) Bruch. Connie graduated from Bradford High School in 1958, and later went on to earn her degree from Quincy College in 1962.

Connie married Bruce McCurdy on September 7, 1963, in Kenosha. She was the owner and operator of McCurdy's Marine for many years. Connie was a devoted member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Her hobbies included traveling, reading and volunteering. Most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children: Jennifer (Jeff) Martin of IL, Michelle Roland of Marinette; nephew, Russ Bruch; nieces: Cathy (Brian) Zakowski, Terry (Randy) Lain; grandchildren: Nina (Gavin) Harn, Katie (Andrew) Pronsati, Rhiana Roland; six great-grandchildren: Ethan, Hadlee, Maxwell, Andre, Lucille and Penelope. Constance was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bruce; brother, Larry; grandchildren: Wyatt and Paige; and son-in-law, Daniel Roland.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 4:00PM to 6:00PM with visitation to follow the next day, Wednesday, May 15, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church from 9:00AM until the time of funeral services at 10:00AM.  Burial will be at St. Casimir Cemetery.
