Pat A. Snowtala (McLuckie) - Class Of 1956

Patricia “Pat” A. McLuckie, 78, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Brookside Care Center.

She was born on January 12, 1938 to the late Leo and Ruth (Price) Snowtala in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. Pat then went to the Beauty School.

On February 15, 1958 she married James McLuckie at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

Pat worked as a hairdresser at Highland View Beauty Salon for 10 years, then with her husband bought the salon and owned and operated it for 10 more years.

Pat enjoyed playing the hand-held poker game, traveling, crocheting, camping and was a good cook with several recipes published in the paper. Pat was an inspiration to others at the nursing home.

Pat is survived by her husband James, her children Jill (Russell) Parker of Kenosha and Michael (Tina) McLuckie of Ocean Springs, MS, her grandchildren David (Christine) Luckie, Daniel McLuckie, Lara Parker, Russell Parker and Laura McLuckie, her great grandchildren Tristan, Zoey, and Dexter and her siblings Leo (Barbara) Snowtala of FL and Dorothy Iaquinta of Kenosha.

She is preceded in death by a brother Tom, a sister Frances Hughes and a grandson Andrew.

Funeral Services for Pat will be held on Monday, August 15 at 11:00AM at the Bruch Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Monday morning from 10:00AM until the time of service. Memorials would be appreciated to the “Race to Erase MS”.
