June Glamkowski (Jorgensen) - Class Of 1941

June Jorgensen, 92, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Friday, May 29, 2015, at Brookside Care Center.

She was born on April 28, 1923, to the late Walter and Helen Glamkowski in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Mary D. Bradford High School. 

Prior to her marriage June worked at Cooper's (Jockey International) as a phone operator.  On August 31, 1945, she married Ralph Jorgensen in Everett, Wash. He preceded her in death in 1969.

June was co-owner of Johnston True Value Hardware for 19 years. June was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.  She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and watching tennis.

June is survived by her loving daughters, Lynn (Tony) Aiello and Laurie (Bill) Fenton, both of Kenosha; and her grandson, Brett Aiello.

Her granddaughter Kelly Fenton preceded her in death in 2012.

Funeral Services for June will be held on Wednesday, June 3 at 11 a.m. at the Bruch funeral Home.  Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and again on Wednesday morning from 10:00AM until the time of service.
