Amelia Fata (Cespuglio) - Class Of 1940

Amelia "Millie" Cespuglio, 89, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Hospitality Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Oct. 11, 1922, in Kenosha, a daughter of the late Frank and Jennie (Serpe) Fata. She was a lifelong resident of Kenosha, graduating from Kenosha High School.

On Oct. 10, 1959, she married Ernest Cespuglio at St. Mark's Catholic Church. He preceded her in death March 2, 1986.

Millie worked for over 20 years at Kenosha Liquors, retiring in 1963.

She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Catholic Woman's Club, Mt. Carmel Ladies Mission, Mt. Carmel Ladies Society and Kenosha Senior Action Council.

She is survived by one sister, Mary Benisch of Kenosha.

Millie was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis and Carmella Serpe.

Mary would like to thank the staff of Hospitality Manor for their wonderful compassionate care given to her sister Millie over the years.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will be private. A visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Memorials to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
