Catherine Lorraine (nee: O'Connor) Paulson, 88, passed away at Lincoln Lutheran Care Center on Friday, October 19, 2001.

Catherine was born in Kenosha on April 6, 1913, to Peter and Julia (nee:  Halisey) O'Connor.  She married Gilbert Paulson, who preceded her in death on March 9, 1982.

Catherine was employed by Walker Manufacturing and Rexnord. She was a member of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church.

Catherine is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Tim (Judy) Paulson of West Lake, CA, Tom (Jeanette) Paulson of Anoka, MN, and Terry (Nancy) Paulson of Racine; 14 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Peter (Edy) O'Connor; and step-sister, Louise Markert.  Catherine is also survived by other relatives and friends.   She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Virginia Euiting.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Catherine will be held at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, Green at English Street, on Monday, October 22, 2001, at 11:00AM, celebrated by Rev. Paul Daniels.  Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery on Highway 32.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00PM to 3:00PM and at the church on Monday from 10:30AM until the time of Mass.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
