Sherry Klotz (pictured at right from the 1939 Spy) was born Ida Cherille Todd on February 16, 1922 in Kenosha, WI to John LeRoy and Ellen (Runals) Todd.  She passed away on February 12, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.  

After graduating from Michigan State University (MSU) in 1943 with a B.S. degree in home economics, she worked for the Bureau of Standards in Washington, D. C. during WWII.  On March 22, 1944 she married Dr. Bruce Klotz in Kenosha.  In 1947, they acquired their in-home veterinary practice in Peru, IN caring for livestock, circus animals and family pets until their retirement in 1991. 

Sherry's husband, Bruce, preceded her in death on November 29, 2009 (as posted on www.tributes.com).
