Anna Arlov (Ogren) - Class Of 1948

Anna Ogren, 83, of Kenosha passed away on May 26, 2013, at St. Joseph’s Home and Rehabilitation Center.  Anna was born on May 18, 1930, in Kenosha to Elijah and Miljka (Mravovich) Arlov-(w).  She graduated from Kenosha High School in 1948.

Anna married Kenneth Walter Ogren on March 22, 1952, at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church. She was a secretary for Simmons, AMC and Jockey executives for many years. Anna valued education. In 1993, at the age of 60, Anna obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Communications from UW-Parkside.  She was a volunteer tutor for the Kenosha Literacy Council. She was a life-long learner who enjoyed reading and listening to books on tape. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and her brother, Charles Arlov-(w).

Anna is survived by three children, Sandra Lynn (Ronald Cascarano) Ogren, Sharon Lynn Baltes and Richard Walter (Elaine) Ogren, all of Kenosha; and five grandchildren, Ryan Cascarano, Timothy, Sean and Amelia Baltes and Liam Ogren.

Services for Anna were privately held according to her wishes.
