Oliver Molinaro - Class Of 1935

Oliver Mario Molinaro (pictured at right from the 1935 Spy) passed away on December 17, 2016, in Tallahassee, FL at the age of 99.  Oliver was born in Kenosha, WI on February 12, 1917 as the eighth of ten children born to Italian immigrants.  He was a graduate of Kenosha Central High in 1935.   He was married for 74 years to his loving wife Chloe at the time of her passing in 2013.  Even though both were from and met in Kenosha, they started their marriage in Washington, D.C. for the first 3 years and then moved back to Kenosha for the next 20 years.  In the mid to late 1960's they moved to Fort Lauderdale where he worked as an electrical engineer until the mid-1980's.  They moved to Melbourne, Florida in retirement for 30 years.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Chloe, and his son, George Molinaro of Satellite Beach.  He was also the last surviving sibling of the family.

Survivors include his daughter Teresa and her husband Philip Friedman of Philadelphia, grandsons Matthew Friedman of Washington, D.C. and Daniel and his wife Cari Molinaro of Tallahassee, FL, great grandchildren Nicholas Molinaro, Chloe Molinaro, and Brylee Molinaro.

Oliver and Chloe will both be buried together in Kenosha, WI on the date of their wedding anniversary, July 22, 2017 at Green Ridge Cemetery.
