Anne Baternik (Miller) - Class Of 1937

Anne K. Miller, 95, of Kenosha passed away peacefully on March 23, 2016, at her residence.

Born in Kenosha on November 19, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Frances and Adam Baternik.

On September 11, 1943, she married Matthew J. Miller.  He preceded her in death on July 1, 2012.

Anne was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, reading, travelling to northern Wisconsin, Arizona and Florida and spending time with her family.  She was member of Amity Lodge 692 for more than 50 years.

Surviving are her three children:  Catherine (Bil) Buhler, Matthew A. Miller, Patricia (Terry) Kalberg and her two grandchildren, Christopher Kalberg and Carrie (Al) Kehl.

Anne was also preceded in death by her brother, Edward Baternik and sister, Zora Meyer.

Visitation and a Mass of Christian burial were held on Wednesday, March 30 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 4816 7th Avenue, Kenosha. Interment  followed at St. Casimir Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made in Anne's name to Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.
