William Hall - Class Of 1957

William J. "Bill" Hall, 77, of Kenosha, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 15, 2016.

He was born on January 7, 1939, in Kenosha.  Bill was one of ten children born to the late Arthur M. and Marie (Lippert) Hall.  He attended St. George and St. Mark Catholic Schools and was a 1957 graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.

He served in the U.S. Army National Guard.

On April 4, 1959, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, he was united in marriage to Marguerite "Marge" Huck.  They met working in the office at Simmons Company in Kenosha.  They recently were blessed with celebrating their 57th wedding anniversary.

Bill was employed in the finance department at American Motors/Chrysler Corporation for 38 years.  He was also a self-employed tax preparer for over 40 years. Many of his clients became close friends.

He was a devout Catholic and faithful member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church where he worked at the spaghetti dinners and annual festivals.

Bill was an active member with the Boy Scouts of America where he held many positions.  He also devoted 25 years to delivering Meals on Wheels and befriended many people he delivered to.  Throughout his life, Bill enjoyed camping, hiking and outdoor activities with his family.  He was a loyal lifetime Cubs and Packers fan.  He liked traveling throughout Europe with his wife, visiting casinos and golfing.  Many happy memories were made playing cribbage with his brothers.  However, Bill's greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Marge Hall; three sons, Todd (Leslie) Hall, Sr., Thomas "Troy" (Laurie) Hall, and Tobias "Toby" (Lorie) Hall; seven grandchildren, Chad Lawson, Danielle Hall, Travis (Kim) Hall, McKenzie (Derek) Furman, Todd Hall, Jr., Jacob Hall and Nicole Hall; his siblings, Jerald (Audrey) Hall, Allan (Connie) Hall, Tom (Mary Ann) Hall, Charles (Carol) Hall, Ramona White; sister-in-law, Angie Hall; and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Louise Marie Hall; his siblings, Donald and Richard Hall, Mary-Alice (Ken) Thomsen, and Norma (John) Bowell; his father and mother-in-law, Clarence and Louise (Martell) Huck; sister-in-law Joyce (Jim) Philips; and brother-in-law, Bill (Vi) Lodginski.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 1919 54th St. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the Mass.  Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery. A visitation for Bill will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 19, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.  Memorial remembrances to Our Lady of Mt.
